Refund policy

RETURNS

Most items are eligible for return, FOR STORE CREDIT, as long as: 

Returns are back within 10 days of purchase and are in the exact same condition as they were upon purchase, with ALL TAGS still attached.  Returns can be made in store or can be shipped back.

Return shipping fees are customer responsibility. We do not refund the original shipping fee. 

-Please note that shoe returns must be in the original box, placed inside another box, so that there is no tape or return on the original shoe box. 

-No returns on: sale items, bralettes, jewelry, purses, hats, candles, lotions, colognes, etc. 

-No returns on items if tags have been removed, item has been worn or washed, item has a scent or stain on it. 

-We have a whole Team here at TSB and we all work together. We claim the right to deny a return if an item is sent back in a condition against our policy, showing signs of wear or damage, or with tags removed. If you question your return, please reach out before shipping it back.

**Because of the risk of sellouts, we do not process exchanges. If you are needing to exchange sizes, we suggest immediately placing a new order.
