Most items are eligible for return, FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, as long as:
Returns are back within 10 days of purchase and are in the exact same condition as they were upon purchase, with ALL TAGS still attached. Returns can be made in store or can be shipped back.
Return shipping fees are customer responsibility. We do not refund the original shipping fee.
- Please note that shoe returns must be in the original box, placed inside another box, so that there is no tape or return on the original shoe box.
- No returns on: sale items, bralettes, jewelry, purses, hats, candles, lotions, colognes, etc.
- No returns on items if tags have been removed, item has been worn or washed, item has a scent or stain on it.
**Because of the risk of sellouts, we do not process exchanges. If you are needing to exchange sizes, we suggest immediately placing a new order.
- Shipping costs are weight based – so pricing depends on amount of items or weight.

We offer FREE SHIPPING from time to time so please stay tuned for that.

- All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 7 item returns, within a 90-day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
